Wi-Fi Provisioning
Configures a device over its BLE provisioning service. Requires a Web Bluetooth
browser (Chrome / Edge) on a page served over https or
localhost. The device's characteristics are encrypted, so the
device must be bonded (paired) with this machine first.
On Windows, pair it once via Settings > Bluetooth & devices >
Add device before using this page — Chrome on Windows goes
through WinRT, which never initiates pairing itself, so an unpaired device
fails every read here no matter what. The device only accepts new pairings
for a few minutes after it boots; if it isn't listed, reboot it and try
again. Once bonded, that window no longer matters.
Device
This browser doesn't expose navigator.bluetooth. Web Bluetooth is
unavailable in Firefox and Safari; use Chrome or Edge over https/localhost.

Access point & device
Enabling AP mode takes the device off its current Wi-Fi network. Rebooting drops this BLE connection; reconnect once the device is back up.
